I use PVC-E glue for that also (keytops) Thanks, Joe!  I only use CA when I think it will last longer than the piano will.  I've tried it on some tuning pins however with some nice results, some no results, some too much;  but wonder what happens later when restringing and installing new pins.  That happens more than once on university pianos.. Al, The occasional loose tuning pin is the way to go. HOWEVER< please stop using it for Ivories!/??! PLEASE! If you have ever had to replace the key tops, (which is an inevitable), you would not do that! It causes way more problems than it solves. Use PVC-E, please.
