It's one way to keep costs down and market it as a 3 pedal piano. i have never seen this in an Acrosonic. Are you sure it's not a Howard, Baldwin's lesser cousin to the Acro? That brand might have had a dummy middle pedal.<br><div>

Have any of you seen a piano where the left and center pedal both control the hammer rest rail as a soft pedal? Both had seperate dowles and trap levers, but both made the hammer rest rail move.
