<DIV><FONT face=Arial>Too many people have recently realized that I am retired ( one ) and have room in my garage. So now we have two new residents taking up space here.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial>No inside damage from that but split bass bridge dead strings of course, and in need of total keybed felt and key tops. All that is doable> Far more work than the piano is really worth but if it does not sell quickly off with it to the Quick Response Unit auction from whence it came.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial>The other piano an ugly faded blond Accrosonic is in much better shape but sure needs a face lift or something close to that, as well as a thorough cleaning of the interior.</FONT></DIV>
