It's the brass hold down strap thingy that goes in the right hand cheek block. It's not just the brass fitting like you usually see on a real grand piano, but a sort of stupid strap spring that has a bend where the Keyframe locator pin slides under it. Baldwin isn't producing pianos<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoPlainText>in the US now, and they are now owned by Gibson. Their web site doesn't even have a contact number for Baldwin parts.
