<DIV>I don't know what tool you're talking about, but have you tried soaking
them? I put my dampers on a peg board rack, or even cut holes in a box,
and then wet them down with hot water. The water soaks into the felts, which
then soaks the adhesive off the heads. In most cases, the felts fall right
off, but sometimes I have to use a knife to help them off. </DIV>
