We all screw up once in a while in whatever way, some more than others. Most, not all, but most of the "bad actors" here own up to their indiscretions sooner than later and offer a mea culpa, or at the very least slink off and come back meekly a day or two or a week later. Some of the time their attacks seem directed at an individual, although I perceive them as being offered in defense of a position directly related to piano technology. <br>
<br>There is one "contributor", however, who offers almost nothing but slams against "the machine" (if you will...) or perhaps more accurately, "the machines". Said contributor's contributions Virtually Never concern piano technology, and usually wind up wasting an awful lot of time, energy, bandwidth, and inbox space. It's all entirely, completely, utterly, totally, absolutely unnecessary. I long ago elected to filter this contributor's posts to my trash, never to be seen. This seems the best solution for me, except that not everyone does it, and several people feed the troll, and I wind up seeing it after all. I am almost always able to suppress the urge to respond, but this particular thread has gone on for so long with so many non-starter suggestions (open to members only, monitor, etc.) that I feel compelled to make the suggestion, again, to filter this individual's posts to your trash. Or at least just ignore and delete them upon receipt. Please.<br>
