    It's easy to do that on a forum (I'm a mod at a forum and have
    applied bans both temp and permanent).&nbsp; don't know how easily that
    could be applied to a mailing list.<br>

            World has what they call a &#8220;naughty chair.&#8221;&nbsp; If someone
            &#8220;crosses the line&#8221; according to the rules of PW, say, they
            are swearing, harassing people, things of that nature just
            as an example, then they ban them for a certain period of
            time by not allowing them access to the PW site.&nbsp; They have
            a way of doing that.&nbsp; If that person does it again, they ban
            them for a month or so.&nbsp; If it continues, it will turn into
            a permanent ban.&nbsp; Not sure how they do it but, I&#8217;ve seen it
            done several different times since I&#8217;ve been a member in
