It's easy to do that on a forum (I'm a mod at a forum and have
applied bans both temp and permanent). don't know how easily that
could be applied to a mailing list.<br>

World has what they call a “naughty chair.” If someone
“crosses the line” according to the rules of PW, say, they
are swearing, harassing people, things of that nature just
as an example, then they ban them for a certain period of
time by not allowing them access to the PW site. They have
a way of doing that. If that person does it again, they ban
them for a month or so. If it continues, it will turn into
a permanent ban. Not sure how they do it but, I’ve seen it
done several different times since I’ve been a member in
there. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
