Did you clean it out?  Perhaps a little something there rattleing around in the keybed or bottom of the piano?  Any screw loose can also make a nasty noise.  Tighten every screw you can find.  Also, (by experience!) try seeing if there's a loose screw on a electric plug in cover on the wall behind the piano!! That one took an hour to find once!! Also, the buzz could be yet a neighboring part.  It'll take awhile to find it.
