Anything that converts quickly to glucose in your body is going to have a corresponding crash about 30-60 minutes after you eat it. I have a trail mix I custom make with raw almonds, walnuts, pecans, pine nuts, and 86% dark chocolate (low sugar). I will sometimes bring beef jerky or a small cooler with turkey or chicken in it with some broccoli or some other vegetable.</div><div><br></div><div>Last monday I had a 6 piano - 14 hour day, and when I got home I still had the energy to finish the accounting and do some chores. The diet leaves me with a pretty steady energy level all day long. </div><div><br></div><div>Hope that helps!</div><div><br><div apple-content-edited="true">

My energy left me quicker than that once I was involved with the second piano. What do you guys do to increase your energy focus when you have a 2+ piano tuning job? How do yo keep the focus and concentration going. I thought the snack would help. Almnds don't help either. Is there any energy boosting things out there besides cafine of course I could eat in order to get through the tunings faster. I was dragging today plus no focus or concentration at all. Background noise at this church wasn't horrible but bothered me more today than usual. so what do you guys do when this happens/</font><br><font size="3" face="Arial">Marshall</font><br><br><span style="font-weight: bold; "><font size="3"><span style="font-family: Garamond, Times, serif; "><span style="font-style: italic; "></span></span></font></span><span style="font-weight: bold; "><font size="3"><span style="font-family: Garamond, Times, serif; "><span style="font-style: italic; "></span></span></font></span> <br><span style="font-weight: bold; "><font size="3"><span style="font-family: Garamond, Times, serif; "><span style="font-style: italic; "></span></span></font></span> <br><span style="font-weight: bold; "><font size="3"><span style="font-family: Garamond, Times, serif; "><span style="font-style: italic; ">Marshall Gisondi Piano Technician</span></span></font></span><br><span style="font-weight: bold; "><font size="3"><span style="font-family: Garamond, Times, serif; "><span style="font-style: italic; ">Marshall's Piano Service</span></span></font></span><br><strong><em><font size="3" face="Garamond"><a href="mailto:pianotune05@hotmail.com">pianotune05@hotmail.com</a></font></em></strong><br><span style="font-weight: bold; "><font size="3"><span style="font-family: Garamond, Times, serif; "><span style="font-style: italic; ">215-510-9400</span></span></font></span><br><strong><em><font size="3" face="Garamond"><a href="http://www.phillytuner.com/" target="_blank">www.phillytuner.com</a><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></font></em></strong><br><span style="font-weight: bold; "><font size="3"><span style="font-family: Garamond, Times, serif; "><span style="font-style: italic; ">Graduate of The School of Piano Technology for the Blind<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><a href="http://www.pianotuningschool.org/" target="_blank">www.pianotuningschool.org</a><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>Vancouver, WA<br><br><br><br><br></span></span></font></span><span style="text-decoration: underline; "><span style="font-weight: bold; "><font size="3"><span style="font-family: Garamond, Times, serif; "></span></font></span></span></div></div></span></blockquote></div><br></div></body></html>
