She told me that the notes are all sustaining now. My question is, what did the movers do? and is there something specific to look for? I thought about pulling the action and checking to see if it was pushed back too far into the damper action during the move, but wouldn't the dags prevent that? I did have a problem back in October where a Schuman grand had an odd feeling bass sustain and I had to keep depressing it to get it to freeup.
