if you always use a strip mute and can't imagine tuning without
it, doing unisons as you go. <br>

If you can contemplate tuning unisons as you go, it's much easier
just to use the Papps mute. It's not at all difficult, after just
a litle practice, to insert it between the damper wires, and to
drag it across the strings using the tip like a plectrum, to
determine which are the strings you wish to insert it between.<br>
