When this "tooner" started tuning by removing the action, my jaw just
dropped. I couldn't imagine where he was going from there.
I completed the Randy Potter course, have been tuning for a little over
three years -- and still have an enormous amount to learn -- but this guy
makes me look and feel like a consummate professional!
I'm sorry that he's giving our profession such a bad name in England (for it
sounds like that's where he is) but happy that he's not sullying the good
name of technicians over here. What a rube!!!
