style='color:black'>Thanks for your effort to help, Kent.  I opened and closed both ptg.org and my.ptg.org multiple times as I attempted to log on so I could get to the page that had my dues statement.  Log in asks you for only two things:  username and password.  I provided both, making sure that I had typed them correctly.  I even asked the website to provide me with this info, as if I had forgotten it or if what I provided was wrong.  It gave me the same password and username I had been attempting to use.  Whenever I would try to log on after providing this info, it always came back to the same screen and asked me for the same info.  This cycle repeated itself about 50 times before, for some hidden reason, it finally allowed me to log on.  At that point, I was able to complete my dues payment, after the better part of an hour of wheel spinning and frustration.  I use Internet Explorer version 9, 32 bit, MS Outlook 2010 for e-mail, and Norton 360 keeps my nose clean across a chalk board.  Nor do I believe they will make the effort to move to something else if the issues cannot be resolved, no matter how inferior the product is.  After a year of this, I have lost
