Isn't it extraordinary how some piano teachers do not seem
particulary to love the piano or to be into piano recordings and
pianists. One wonders, had Horowtiz or Wild or any of the great
pianists given a recital in her town, if that lady would have
bothered to go.<br>

You would think if she loved the piano and the literature of the
piano, she would know at least from recordings what a piano should
sound like. And what pianos did she herself learn on?<br>
