<div>Of course, my response was a bit tongue in cheek. Nobody builds a piano from the ground up with their own factory made 'everything" parts anymore; perhaps never did (?). Kluge keys are great, so are keys from Rick Wheeler out in the Portland area! Steinway
doesn't make them. Just an example. Plates are cast somewhere, lubricants are made somewhere else, cleaners etc. no such thing as totally total anything, nor should it. The Steinway factory would have to entail a 15 square mile area for example to make "everything"!
LOL Like that's going to happen in Queens! LOL again! Go Steinway, keep on keeping on! I love your stuff!</div>

and may yet come.<br>
