Of course you expect Steinway to do what is necessary to protect their own brand. Do you expect that Steinway sales staff say that redesigns are not only as good as Steinways current iterations but even better! That the parts they currently use are inferior to Renner and that there are a great selection of hammers that perform not only as well but better! Really.
