<div>I have to agree with Ryan. I’ve always felt the tendency for a piano
to stay in tune better when there’s a DC installed. I’m about 100 miles
south of Tacoma and I’ve seen some installations on pianos with in view of the
coast as well as some in the middle of Portland. They all perform quite
nicely with a properly serviced DC complete system. It may rain all winter
around here but the heats on and the windows are closed. This dries out a
house as long as there aren’t a lot of exterior doors being opened and closed
repeatedly. Our summers are dry as a bone and all the windows are
open. It’s hard to fathom but I think the interior ambient humidity is
higher when the lawn turns brown. Currently at 6 AM the humidity is 90
percent and the lawn has green spots where the weeds are struggling for
survival.</div>

<div>A customer called in August asking why he has to keep adding so much water
to his system. “Your Dampp-Chaser system is doing it’s job” was my
reply.</div>
