I think they may be referring to their spec range as the range for their stated accuracy (3%). Just a guess...<div><br></div><div>As for repeatability, I've had good results with that. I once tuned a piano in a clear plastic tent. It was 70F outside and 90F on the inside. With the freshly watered lawn below and the condensation dripping from above, the humidity was quite high. I think around 63% or so. I took the device out of the tent during my water breaks, and when I went back in, it rose to the same numbers, plus or minus 1%. Did that 4-5 times over the course of the tuning.</div><div><br></div><div>Here's a photo of that piano. I educate them as to how humidity has an effect on their piano's tuning. Then I show them where the current RH and temp is and then it is written on their invoice. When I come back in 6 months we repeat the process. They see how it works and they're happy.
