There is one of his pianos at the BBC in Cardiff, but with solid panels. I recently bought two excellent books by Alistair Laurence, a history of the Broadwood Barless piano and a history of 5 London piano makers (Brinsmead, Challen, Collard & Collard, Welmar, Danemann. Very well written and informative.
