He's OK. He 'ran' a stop light in the turn lane.. It is still under question whether or not the old lady driving her huge SUV was not watching or on the cell phone. His turn lane had the yellow turn arrow, he says.  I say the old lady was not paying attention AND he was pushing his limits. He still got the whole blame and a $100 ticket. Guess who gets the insurance rate hike??</DIV> <DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial></FONT><FONT size=2 face=Arial></FONT><BR></DIV> <DIV>This reminds me of a time when I glanced down at a map next to me and went nearly head on into an empty (thank God) school bus that totally wasted my Chevy truck I only had for 3 months.  I walked away from the accident without a scratch! Wow! That scared the crap out of me. I still remember that sound of sliding sideways along that bus while the front end of my truck was pret-near ripped right off.  This is near 30 years ago.
