<div>Perhaps I'm not explaining what I don't understand. There are viruses. The viruses invade computers. Some computers run on Windows. Some computers run on Linux. Why don't the viruses invade computers that run on Linux?</div>

so they are ignored.
This is way you have to have a virtualization software (VirtualBox) to actually
be able to run Windows OS within Linux.
