Please list those that are not "complicated and offers a lot of benefits."<br>
And name those supposed "benefits" please. I've seen several, all of which<br>
are a pain in the ass w/little or no benefits or value imo.<br>
Our current system works...leave it the hell alone. As for the HL stuff, we<br>
all know it sucks and no one is doing anything to replace it, since it's<br>
quite evident that it is not fixable! If someone, would just admit it was a<br>
major screw up and get on with a process of finding a better system, (like<br>
Ron is attempting on his own, not to mention the time he's giving to the<br>
effort and not being compensated for!). Sheesh! What do we have to do to<br>
get through to the beauacracy of our organization? (now that was a dumb<br>
question! shame on me!)<br>
