<div dir="ltr">Question: Will forked-over money be a ticket to participation on the proposed list? Because if it is, you'll probably need to factor in more need to cover the costs of administering membership. You can't realistically administer it with a cash box and pencil-and-paper.<div>

Yes, I think that's the way it will have to go. I don't mind forking over a little bit if necessary. But, we all need to have some real cost estimates. I'll ask around with the IT guys I know and see what they say. Maybe Horace can do the same. I don't mind volunteering some time to see it work.<br>
