Hi Marshall, If there is only one nut at the lower end of the turnbuckle, thats good enough. Just tighten it against the turnbuckle. Almost all Yamahas i have seen have only the lower nut. About size 8mm or 10/32? That bolt it still there, both of them are still with the turn buckle. I'm referring to the little nuts that hold the turn buckle in place once you adjust the pedal. I guess I should have taken the one bold off and matched it with a nut at a hardware store. I thought these little nuts that hold the turnbuckle in place were standard in size.
