I am writing on behalf of a fellow technician who is not subscribed to the l=

He is rebuilding a Steinway Model 100, which is a medium sized vertical. Th=
is piano has billings flanges on the hammer butts and no one seems to have r=
eplacement butts. He's tried all the usual sources:Schaff, Steinway, =
Pianotech, Wally Brooks, and maybe some others I don't know about. I =
assume that butts with billings flanges that ARE available from the supply h=
ouses are NOT compatible.<BR>

Can anyone give some advice on where to find replacement parts for this pian=
o?<BR>
