I asked how = long a garage door should last. I got a lecture about having yearly service = done. They charge $60 for their standard yearly checkup/lube/adjust = service fee. I'll admit, I not an expert with garage doors - and I have no doubt that = someone with more experience than me could have installed this track bracket = & wheels better than me (maybe?) - but I can't imagine that it would = require more than a few days instruction to become something of an expert at garage = door maintenance/repair.
