<DIV><FONT face="MS Sans Serif" size=2>Use hide glue for a few reasons: It won't soak into the bushing and make it hard, it's easy to remove, it bonds well and quickly, </FONT>it's easy to work with. Yes, add urea to increase the working time so you can do several bushings before you have to lay glue on the cloth again. You will improve adhesion if you lightly coat the inside of the mortise with very thin layer of glue first (use a pipe cleaner for application and run quickly through the whole set of keys). PVC-E isn't the right stuff.</DIV>
