We met the people at their Grandparent's storage unit to appraise the piano before they moved it to their new home. He opened the door, and all I could see in the storage unit was a bedroom dresser. Where's the piano? That's it!?

With about a dozen dresser drawers, the top three pulled out and would hold a sizable amount of underwear, tee shirts, socks, etc. The bottom ones opened to display shelves for books, etc. The middle ones wouldn't open at first, not until we gave them a good strong pull------and out came the keyboard, ready to play!

They had been told that it was made in Australia and that there were only seven ever made. Inside, behind all the drawers, was a straightforward Story & Clark console. The serial # indicated it was made in 1936. It is very charming! Looks like a very nice dresser when closed up, with beautiful wood and metal drawer pulls.

Anybody else ever seen one or know anything about them? The customer is anxious to know all about it and I am curious. The photos will be ready today. I got a photo CD and will be able to post the photos in my photo album if anybody is interested.
