After patiently = (and deliberately) listening to her go on an on in great detail about what a = terrible job the previous tuner had done (and I had to agree, the tuning did = sound pretty bad) I asked her when the tuner in question had last tuned her piano. = The question did slow her down a bit but still she came up with something = like, "why, it was just last year, I think."
