<HTML>Avery He's a doctor who did a major downsizing..I'm guessing it's related to the m= alpractice insurance some these doctors are forced to pay. I'm not saying this Chickering is drop-dead incredible, but not too shabby g= iven the price point he bought it at. As far as the age, couldn't tell you.
