Hello to All;

Predatory Capitalism; Maybe, Maybe not.
However as far as the (Pianocorder) is concerned,
Joseph Tushinsky who owned Pianocorder would
not even consider selling it to the Japanese. He was
convinced that they would not sell it as a retrofit.
Therefore you would have to buy their piano to get the
player.

Now remember this kind of sale involves lawyers. Lawyers
will take months to close a deal. Fact: Joseph Tushinsky
sold "Pianocorder" to the Emerson Electric Co. of Chicago,

The next day,,,, THE NEXT DAY,, Emerson sold it to Yamaha
and closed that same day. Predatory ??? Conspiracy ???
Under handed ??? or On the up-and-up ??? Above board ???
Fair dealing ??? What do you think?
The facts are always dull,,, but every thing else, is just so
much smoke.

As far as putting U.S. industries out of business, that effort
was called the rule of 10%. It was known in this country but
our "leaders" choose to ignore the threat. And do nothing.
