<BR>music/piano store, for you to sell it as a tuner, or for a private individual
<BR>selling the piano out of his/her home. Will the sale include a move, tuning,
<BR>gurnatee. etc. Also, the economic state of the area out of which the piano
<BR>will be sold. All these will make a difference.
