font-family:Arial;color:navy'>I bough a bottle of both because of the = huge price difference for the same amount of ink.  I would say that the = Blick Ink might work but you will use at least twice as much of it to attain = the same opaque finish that the Higgins ink provides.  A lot of the pieces I’ve used the Higgins ink on require one thin coat of the ink to = turn it completely black.  I would definitely spend the extra money and go = with the Higgins.  As far as I can tell, I think I’ll only need = the one quart to finish the entire upright that I’m working on right = now….
