<HTML>Today while replacing a treble string, the cut end hit me in the eye.  I was wearing glasses but the end still managed to cut a 1" gash in my lower eyelid.  About a 16th higher would have dug into the eyeball....but it didn't.  I guess God protects his foolish. As I mentioned before I was wearing small reading glasses.  Next time I fool around with piano wire I will wear full goggles over the glasses. I have been doing this work for over 15 years and have always tried to be careful.  So don't say it can't happen to you.  Wear your eye protection. Cheers Dick Day Marshall MI</HTML>
