<HTML>Dear David, We use Keyboard Carriage for the moving of private move pianos as well as others and I have found the quality of their movers to be good.  As someone else already mentioned, I do recommend that you evaluate the pianos condition before and after the move and definitely have the driver wait for you to examine it (the drivers that come up our way have been fine about waiting for us to look it over...most of the time).   In terms of overall damage, we have been pretty fortunate and have only had a handful of pianos that came damaged.  I can't say too much about the "heated trucks" but everytime I have been in the truck its pretty cold (but I have never seen ice).
