It would depend on how much you like extracting broken needles from
hammer felt. ;-)<br>

Yes, good discussion about broadening the idea of piano servicing. My
experience is very similar and I might add that, while the vast
majority see it as just another expense they don't need, it pays in
many situations to do a little voicing and regulating spiel. You never
know who might be interested and people are willing to spend their
money on something that's worthwhile. <br>

If I had my druthers, customers would bring their pianos into a piano
servicing shop and I could walk them over to a superbly prepared
instrument and say to them, "I can make your piano sound and play as
well as this one." How one can simulate this in the field is the
question. <br>
