Any of you been there? </blockquote> Hi Brian, Yes, I've been there, and the fix is in the chisel. A micro-bevel at the edge, shallower than the regular bevel, can help alot. Beeswax on the blade helps. A nifty storage method for your blades is to mix beeswax with rottenstone, and put in an upright container. Just shove the blade in between uses, and it with stay polished and rust-free.
