Isn't that what those otherwise useless little round spot Band Aids in the<BR>
variety pack are for? Or corn pads. Or runners' nip guards if you like<BR>
officially sanctioned stuff. It's a mechanical problem, and you're a<BR>
mechanic. So fix it. With a temporary cover, a little lanolin, and emptying<BR>
your shirt pocket when you tune, you should be re-nippled in no time. <BR>
