(Drill a = suitable hole in it with a  hole saw or a sharpened steel tube.).  = Then use a 1/8 x1/4 reducer and attach to the end of the shaft.  I found = that some  heads would bottom out or not fit properly.  There = must be a conflict between brands that are threaded either too much or too = little.  So I cut off about 1/4 inch of the shaft and chased the threads with a = die.</FONT></DIV> <DIV><FONT size=2></FONT> </DIV> <DIV><FONT size=2>The slight give of the hard ball gives it a good = feel.  </FONT></DIV> <DIV><FONT size=2>I'm looking for just the right ball that is firm = but has enough give to protect the hand.  I don't do much tuning but some = have complained of  hand problems so this might help.  I'll let = you know if I find just the right ball.</FONT></DIV> <DIV><FONT size=2></FONT> </DIV> <DIV><FONT size=2>Carl Meyer</FONT></DIV></BLOCKQUOTE></BODY></HTML>
