<BR>there anything in the book that indicated he has gotten permission from these
<BR>two publishers to use the information? I am sure Pierce has gone to a lot of
<BR>trouble to gather the information, and is not about to let it go without some
<BR>sort of compensation. The same goes for the Ancott Publishers.
