After designing the piano,= building the prototype and helping out with the initial tooling up process= I had nothing more to do with the project. Yes, a few things have changed.= Some good some not so good. Mostly, I think, the company has been going= through the process of becoming grand piano builders. There was an initial= impression that this would be little different than building verticals. It= is. Grand piano building requires something of a different mind set. More= things matter in bigger, but more subtle, ways. I took a look at the piano= and the assembly process for the first time in some ten or twelve years= just a few months ago. While I did have some suggestions they have really= come a long way on their own.
