I don't know that he is online. His phone/fax number is (978) 486-0694. You need to call first if you are = going to fax something to them so that they can hook the fax up to the phone = line. You may be aware of this..........but - you need to fax/mail him all the = necessary measurements - string diameters, speaking lengths, etc. AND the old bass = strings. Do you have his data sheet and his or comperable measureing = tools? I highly recommend having him rescale the piano also. You will LOVE his = work.
