As he stated many pianos come without = the actions & only certain aspects of the jobs are Sama = responsibility. Also there is a verification no. on action & other parts that = have been worked on at the Plant in Juarez. Soo these two pianos can be = tracked for specific warranty issues & I'm assured that an appropriate = response will occur.
