skills, but has a lousy personality. Spending money on the right =
insurance,
knowing what phone companies offer the best rates, and advice on
computer programs, are part of our business. I am not saying =
technical
skills aren't important. But don't ignore these other skills either. =

mainly
with piano technical stuff, since I can't get that from any other =
magazines on
the newstand or from very many books in the library. =
But there's a
glut of information and self-help books on all those =
other subjects
(dealing with people, insurance, etc.), and I don't want it =
taking up
room in the Journal that could be devoted to piano =
servicing. --
