accounting? By printing out an invoice and receiving your check, you then
enter in your accounting program the received check amount? All you have
to do is deposit the $ at the end of day/week and I suppose enter the deposit in
your program? What are you using to keep track of
customers/pianos/scheduling?</DIV>

<DIV>I only invoice my commercial accounts as accounts receivable. Rarely
do I give a receipt for tunings...canceled check is your receipt...I do my
accounting when I record the deposit of checks in my bookeeping program
(quickbookspro)...misc. cash receipts. </DIV>
