Also, this particular church is about 40 minutes away. </BLOCKQUOTE> Yes, I think it was fair.  No, I wouldn't have changed it.  This= was 40 minutes to an hour away, too.  I felt like I did them a favor.=   I can sure tell you I didn't want to be there at that hour.  I= asked them if I couldn't come the next morning at 6AM or something, but nOO= O.  Had to be at 11PM.  Their regular guy wouldn't do it! OK, then.  I try to never turn down work. I remember that they didn't even ask how much it would cost.  I think = they knew that it was worth some extra money to get someone out there at tha= t hourl.  I made it clear on the invoice what my standard fee was and = how much extra the 'late fee' was. I think it was completely ethical to ask for more money to work at that hour= .  As someone on the list always says, "The plumber would charge you e= xtra."  Tom Sivak </HTML>
