From the main screen, click on 'Reports', then click on 'Mail Merge Data...'; then leave all the filter settings blank to select all the records. You can get things like name, address, phone #s, next scheduled service, etc. However, you can't get any piano or invoice info.<br> <br> To do this, I think you must have MS Access or other program that will read the piano.mdb file that PTBiz creates. If you don't have Access, I don't mind helping you retrieve that data so that it can be read by any spreadsheet or other program (a *.csv file). Contact me privately if you need help doing this. <br> <br> Though the info you can transfer is limited, it's better than nothing and I'll be doing that once I decide on a new program. I'm really looking toward something like MS Access or StarOffice Base so I won't be "stuck" in this place again. (Hopefully.) I've downloaded Time&Chaos, but haven't had time to look at it to see if it will do invoicing and accounting.
