Debbie Cyr's post of 2/19 covered the =
broken
stand-off problem well. The following information may be of
help. As of 2/19, the affected =
Dampp-Chaser
distributors are adding a "wet" stand-off package to each vertical =
system
shipped. We had already taken care of our inventory.

We have provided replacements to all =
the
technicians affected that we are aware of. If there are others who =
have
had this problem but have not received replacements, we ask that =
you
contact us. By virtue of the recent thread, we will be sending
replacements to those who posted.

Phil Bondi's comments regarding the =
stand-off
material, Nylon 6-6, are noted. Our supplier, Richards Plastics of =
Laurel,
MS has looked at the records for this batch of stand-offs, before =
offering this
low humidity cause. This company has been one of our best =
suppliers over
the past 10 years, and we have the utmost confidence in their
analysis. However, we will point out your areas of
concern to be absolutely certain that we have the correct
answer.
