<div>Three things come to my mind:</div>

<div>1) Where the jack tip slips out from the hammer butt
leather</div>
<div> (use MicroFine Teflon Powder)</div>
<div>2) Where the capstan contacts the wippen cushion</div>
<div> (the powder or Protek CLP)</div>
<div>3) Where the balance rail pin contacts the key bushing</div>
<div> (Protek CLP)</div>
