I method I've used is to tape the crack on the board surface, the tape
needs to be<br>
tight across the crack and not concave. Invert the piano and apply
epoxy from the 'bottom'.<br>
This gives a level surface and you don't have to worry too much about
shrinkage.<br>

Hi Jon,<br>
I use
the same system, only I use PVC electrical tape, the epoxy will not wick
into it, and it can be stretched for a very flushed joint. No clean up on
the top side.<br>
